Vision - To Enable Human Freedom

We envision a safe and secure world in which freedom and prosperity are not just a possibility, but a certainty.

Mission - To Empower People And Organizations

We systematically match the global supply of talent with the demand for that talent; we recruit, vet, prepare, place, and manage the world's foremost professionals; and we transcend language and culture to offer opportunity and create prosperity.

Core Values

Integrity:  Our honor is beyond reproach, so others are confident trusting us with their reputations, or even their lives.

Excellence:  We achieve extraordinary outcomes, delivering superior quality while seeking continual improvement.

Efficiency
:  We achieve the greatest successes for our customers and ourselves when we create maximum value with minimal resources.

Respect:  As a company that spans a world of cultures, we convey the worth due all human beings, with constant regard for the challenges they face.

Accountability:  We are responsible for all we do, or fail to do; to accept praise for our accomplishments, we must also accept criticism for our mistakes.

Guiding Principles

Do the right thing:  Our character defines us personally and professionally, and each of us has a moral compass. Use that compass to seek the truth and stay on the right path; to choose the hard right over the easy wrong; and to set the example – even when nobody is watching.

Develop an obsession with our customers:  Focus your actions on delivering certainty to our customers. Rethink and refine our relationships with them, and design the customer experience from their perspective. Know their needs, earn their trust, and meet or exceed their expectations.

Lead:  Leadership is not about power; it’s about empowering others. Inspire, enable, and celebrate greatness; but do it with humility, and make it a life-long commitment.

Make decisions:  You’re paid for your judgment, and to think about the second and third order effects of your decisions. Drive to those decisions, not discussion. Learn to ask the right questions, listen to dissenting views, and make decisions when you know enough – don’t wait until you know it all. Difficult decisions require difficult trade-offs – don’t duck them. Decisions are made by those who show up – be there and be prepared.

Focus on outcomes:  Embrace every opportunity to innovate and achieve breakthrough results. Don’t substitute activity for outcomes, nor being busy for being productive, and never let a process or checklist paralyze you. Disrupt the status quo, and cultivate ideas from anywhere and everywhere. Then adopt and adapt those ideas to create value for our customers.

Communicate:  Live in a dialogue rather than a monologue. Formal and informal communication is the circulatory system of our company – if you know something, somebody else needs to know it too. Speak and write clearly and accurately, but manage your tone. Keep in mind that email is no substitute for a phone call, nor a call for talking face to face. And remember that bad news should be communicated as quickly as good news.

Be intellectually curious: Our work connects us with peoples whose rich cultures reach back thousands of years. Learn about them. Educate and enlighten yourself, and broaden your perspective on our business and the world. Most importantly, listen and be open to others; understand not only what is being said, but why it is being said.

Be one: One planet, one company. Our colleagues work throughout the world, but they work with one singular purpose: to deliver certainty to our customers. Think about the entire business, not just your department or locale. Understand the challenges your colleagues face, and enable each others’ successes.
