Agency Extended Information Services System (AXISS)

MEP has a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a prime contractor under AXISS, the National Security Agency’s primary information technology (IT) contract.  An indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract for internal service-provider requirements worldwide, AXISS work includes: data communications, business management and process, IT developments, applications, end user, operations and maintenance, enterprise, corporate information systems, integration and testing, and mission IT.

GSA Schedule 738 II– Comprehensive Linguistic Analytical Support Services (CLASS)

MEP’s General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules 738 II, SIN 382 4 CLASS contract supports local, national, and/or global mission requirements of military, law enforcement, and homeland/national security organizations among others. GSA Schedules provide fast, flexible, cost-effective procurement solutions that allow customers to overcome acquisition challenges while achieving their missions.

Available 738 II services include but are not limited to: collecting, translating/interpreting and delivering mission-related data; performing data analysis; cultural consulting; Title III monitoring and intercepts; interview support; preparing related reports and assessments; forensic processing; screening/gisting; related project/program management; control for linguist screening and recruitment; logistical coordination; site supervision and quality control of all related services. Linguists with security clearances and other special skills are included in the above-mentioned services.

Intelligence Support Services - Afghanistan (ISS-A)

MEP personnel work as integrated teammates with the US military under ISS-A, which offers deployed operational support to assist the US and coalition military leaders in making real-time counterintelligence (CI)/human intelligence (HUMINT) assessments. In executing these requirements, MEP employs and integrates its intelligence professionals and critical technology solutions.

US Army Intelligence and Security Command Operation Enduring Freedom (INSCOM OEF-A) Language Contract

INSCOM OEF-A is the pre-eminent contract for providing foreign language interpretation, translation, and transcription services in support of the Department of Defense, US Army, Coalition and Combatant Commands, and other US government agencies in Afghanistan.  Under this ID/IQ contract, MEP provides and manages more than 5,000 US hire and local national linguists responsible for: ensuring coalition stakeholders are able to communicate effectively with the local populace, gathering information to protect national security interests, and interacting with foreign military units throughout Afghanistan.

Native Language Research Analyst (NLRA)

Under NLRA, an ID/IQ contract, MEP provides native-level research analysts in various languages to support the US Army intelligence missions through systematic identification, collection, and reporting on open source cyberspace information.

MEP supports NATO through the seamless provision of language-related and technical-training services under BOAs, the acquisition instruments negotiated between suppliers of products/services and NATO C3 Agency (NC3A).

Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support (FOCUS)

Administered by the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation, Warfighter FOCUS consolidates operations and maintenance, systems integration, and engineering support services for the Army’s live, virtual and constructive training systems. Other US services and coalition partners utilize this contract vehicle too. This contract provides the opportunity for unprecedented training support flexibility throughout training sites worldwide. Some of the areas where MEP provides, or has provided, support as a subcontractor include: combat training centers, ranges, tactical engagement systems, engagement skills trainers, close-combat tactical trainers, aviation flight simulators, and battle-command training centers.

United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM)

Under UNGM, the procurement portal of the UN system, MEP provides support services, including linguist services, outsourced personnel services, and general management services for UN initiatives.

SeaPort-e

MEP contributes to the US Navy’s efforts as an ID/IQ contract holder under SeaPort-e, a strategic resource established by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). A standardized electronic platform, SeaPort-e is a portal the Navy uses to procure professional support services from a diverse population of approved large and small businesses. The SeaPort-e functional areas where MEP offers support include: research and development, professional development, technical training, clerical/administrative operation, and analytical/organizational assessment.
